A couple of weeks ago, I had put together the opportunity to converse at Harvard Business School's Radiant Women in Business Office meeting. Our panel dialogue seemed to be titled, Working around Heels: Females function today, and the focus of the discussion was the inner barriers plus external hindrances that women have women rear by advancing their work and assuming leadership positions.
